Trident Group clocked highest ever quarterly revenue of Rs. 16,726.7 million, a growth of 42% over the previous year. The company has begun commercial production of yarn in new spinning unit with a capacity of 61,440 spindles and 480 rotors in July 2021 at an investment of Rs. 338 crores.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Rajinder Gupta, Chairman at Trident Group said: “We have continued the positive momentum from the previous quarter and delivered the best performance in the second quarter. The company is committed to embark inclusive growth for all its stakeholders and continuing to excel in future.” Trident has announced further investment of Rs. 1377 Crores to strengthen the company’s Vision 2025. The company’s existing capacity includes 5. 89 lakh Spindles, 7, 464 Rotors and 160 Air Jet. The company plans to add another 98, 496 spindles and 3600 rotors.

Solar Power Plant

Trident has now announced the commissioning of 7.6 MW Solar Power Plant at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh for captive use. Moving towards a greener planet, the Group aims to use renewable and clean energy for reducing carbon emission. This Solar Power Project of 7.6 MW Solar Power is expected to produce 33500 units per day to be consumed in manufacturing facilities located at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh resulting in considerable savings for the Company.
