Talking about Ideal’s launches during ITMA 2019, Mr. Laxmikant Rathi, President – Sales & Marketing, says: “Providing right solutions and products to our customers is our primary objective. • Two in one cleaning and reaming machine: This simple machine helps to regain the original tube characteristics like press load. Depending on the condition of the old tubes, they can either be cleaned or reamed with ease. This helps customers to improve the doffing efficiency.
• HIG tubes for auto doffing ring machine with spring button type spindle: The challenge is to resist the higher impact of machine as well as provide low friction for effective doffing. Ideal has designed a new HIG tube with long bush and optimum wall thickness. The tube body is made up of high impact polymer, and the long bush is made of low-friction wear-resistant polymer.
• HCC (thin wall) tubes: HCC tubes have been a great success due to reduction in power consumption and increase in machine efficiency. Now these tubes are available for most of the new generation machines.
• ICRA tubes: Winding Lycra/Spandex yarn on a Link-winding machine was a challenge due to limitation of top bunching. The new design “ICRA” offers effective top bunching. The design is customized depending on the yarn type. This significantly increases the efficiency of the link winding machine.
• New recognizable pattern for cheeses and cones: With the ever-increasing yarn types, identification of cheeses & cones has always been a challenge. Ideal has introduced almost infinite recognizable patterns with the help of special technology. Customized designs like yarn producers’ name, logo, etc., can also be easily incorporated in the design.
