Launched a year ago, the ERIOPON E3-SAVE dyeing auxiliary for providing ‘the shortest possible processing cycle for polyester’ was engineered to address a few challenges.
Both sportswear and athleisure clothing segments are increasingly preferring polyester. Lately, the fabric has proven resilient in the COVID-19 pandemic times too. Dyeing of this fabric has traditionally been seen as resource intensive, time consuming and expensive.
The ERIOPON E3-SAVE offers a best-in-class performance and value. It promotes controlled exhaustion to ensure right-first-time level dyeing. It extracts oil-based impurities from the fibre during processing and indicates to high affinity to disperse dyes enabling rapid removal of unfixed surface dyes from the fibre during reduction clearing.

ERIOPON E3-SAVE conserves time, water, energy and cost in polyester dyeing by combining pre-scouring, dyeing and reduction clearing in a single bath. Results from bulk production show that ERIOPON E3-SAVE has reduced process time by over 20% and water consumption by more than 50% which in turn saves the annual cost up to 30%.
